Dear OTA Members,

Please note that the OTA is hosting P3 Referee Seminar on Friday, November 14 2008 from 6:00pm to 9:30pm, prior to the Toronto Open 2008.

The P3 Seminar (Third Class Referee) is aimed for anyone that wishes to learn the basic rules in Taekwondo competition. This isa certifiable entry level to those who wish to officiate at local Taekwondo events.
