Dobuk, taekwondo shoes, notebook, latest version of WTF Competition Rules Book, sparring equipment (optional, but recommended.)

This is a one-day referee seminar (theory portion only). There will be a written exam at the end of the session and certificates will be given upon passing of this examination.
For those wishing to continue further and become an active referee or judge, you may be evaluated at any one of the OTA competitions. If the candidate should pass that evaluation, they will be given a second certificate to be an active member of the officials pool.
For those officials who already have their certification or have taken a seminar in the past, they do not have to requalify and would be exempt from the initial evaluation.
