Ontario Taekwondo Association-Referee Committee is conducting a Judges and Referees Certification on May 14th and 15th, 2005 in Toronto, Ontario.
The O.T.A. Judges & Referees Certification is a two day certification. This is to provide adequate time to explain the WTF Competition Rules and Q&A session in Day 1, and practicing hand signals and practical situations in Day 2. This new format is to enhance the training of O.T.A. Judges and Referees.
